Dead simple file uploads to Amazon S3
Kite Uploader makes it super simple to upload to Amazon S3 buckets. No sign up required.

Amazon S3 is a great service to store and backup files. It's safe, secure, cheap, and reliable. However, one of it's biggest downsides is that S3, though powerful, is quite difficult to use on a daily basis. It also lacked some cool features we wanted.
That's where we come in. Kite Uploader is a frontend on top of Amazon S3 that makes it simple to upload your files. Set up your Amazon S3 credentials and then just drag and drop files into the upload box. There's no sign up at all required, and the service is free.
Before you can use Kite Uploader, you need to set up Amazon Web Services. It takes some time, but you only have to do it once. Sign up for Amazon Web Services here, and then in the header click your name and then "My Security Credentials". You can get your global access key/private key here, or you can create an individual user (Amazon calls these IAM users) who you can restrict access to. We highly recommend creating an IAM user with S3 access rights as it is far more secure.
1. Simplicity is one of our main features. Amazon S3, though powerful, is hard to use. Kite Uploader is lightweight, simple, and fast.
2. Share a private url to allow others to upload to your bucket.
3. Handles duplicates automatically, so you don't have to worry about overwriting an older file.
4. Lots more cool features coming soon!
